Hello everyone, Got my trophies today, everything looks Great !
You Guys do great work !
I drove to New Orleans, La. yesterday and picked up my trophies from my 2011 African hunt. After returning home is disassembled my crate and then assembled my trophies. I am very pleased with their appearance and look forward to properly displaying them as time allows. Looking at the mounts and rugs truly stirs a lot of good memories of a great adventure. The hunter’s “Christmas Morning” draws to a conclusion of a hunt when the crate finally arrives and is excitingly opened..
Many people will hear the words or speak the word “went on an African hunt” but will never realize what goes into a successful hunt. All I really did was drew a bow back and released an arrow as the opportunity availed. Each of you were a major factor in making my hunt a success. Each of you had invested interests in the success of my adventure. I thank each of you, your family members and/or your staff for contributing to making a great memory for me.
I have no idea when I will return to Africa to hunt again, I simply pray that it will not be in the too distant future. Attached are photos after everything was unpacked from the crate and assembled.
I offer my name to each of you as a reference, if needed.
Many thanks and may God bless,
Kim, after much anticipation I finally received my mounts yesterday. I must say that everyone at Field & Stream did a great job! I am very pleased with how well they turned out. There were a few places that I could tell a skinner must have cut through some skin but you did a great job fixing. I would not hesitate to use you again and would refer you to others also. From the day I visited your shop last July to unpacking my crate yesterday it has been a pleasure working with you! I am planning to return in 2013 and I’m sure I’ll visit with you then, thanks again.

We picked up our tanned hides today and we wanted to let you know how pleased we are with them! The skins are so soft. Whoever did the work did an excellent job. Now we send the horns and skulls to the taxidermist for the mounts. Can’t wait!
Thanks again for such a well done job,
Forrest and Kathy Anderson
My Blesbuck and Gemsbuck trophies were finally delivered today and WOW!!!!!!……..you did a super job!!!!!!!!!!!! my hat is off to everyone involved in making this a centerpiece of my trophy room!!!!
So if you ever need an endorsement you can count on me!
To the staff at Field and Stream
I can’t thank you enough for another outstanding job that you did on our trophies. My taxidermist that does my North American stuff was also very impressed. We now have 42 mounts that you have done for us and everyone is suburb.
As you know the PH that we used was, let’s say not the best, but the staff at Field and Stream tracked down our trophies that may have been lost and never returned to us. Special thanks goes out to Kim who did most of the leg work and keep us updated every day so we knew what was going on. You can’t but a price on that.
We are planning another trip to SA in the near future and you can bet that you will be mounting all our trophies. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed doing business with you. You are the BEST!!!!!!
Thanks again for everything
I thought it would be a nice thing to do with the pieces, I had no idea it would be so beautiful.
You will certainly do all my taxidermy work; your work is truly world class.
Meinke, My Dad finally inventoried the crate. He just sent me an email telling me that everything is there and looks great. I can’t wait to check it all out when I’m home next month for Christmas. Thanks again for all your hard work and assistance along the way. Hopefully we’ll be able to use your services again someday in the future. Take care. – Alex Wirts – Vermont
Trophies have arrived safely to Spain.
Beautiful and very well done.
Hope in a couple of years we will continue to be good customers

Hi Meinke, Tony, Benito, and the Field & Stream Team,
Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know our crate arrived in Brisbane last week. Everything was there (nothing missing), and there was no damage whatsoever. The crate was extremely well packed.
I’m particularly happy with my warthog shoulder mount, she is MAGNIFICENT!!!! We are incredibly happy with the service and quality of work Field and Stream have shown, and we will be sharing this with the bow hunting masses here in Australia and worldwide. The skins are incredibly well done, the shoulder mount is perfect, and the skull mounts are absolutely awesome. This has ultimately been the best way to top off our overall South African experience. A huge thanks from us for all of your help over the last 12 months!!!
We wish you all the very best for the future, and look forward to dealing with you again after our next hunt in South Africa!! (We cannot wait to get back!)
